Small Groups Cohort with Brad House
This cohort is designed to help churches develop a clear plan for building (or resetting) a robust small group ministry within their congregation with a goal to develop deep and meaningful community.
Expert Guidance
Brad has led over a hundred small group pastors and lead pastors through this course over the last decade, from across the country and around the world. As a pastor he has built a small group ministry from 0-600 and is the author of Community: Taking Your Small Group Off Life Support (Crossway).
Blended Gatherings
The year-long cohort will meet as a group via Zoom as well as in-person. This blended approach provides flexibility as well as more engaged camaraderie.
Hands-On Practical
Great theology is wonderful, knowing how to use it well makes all the difference. You will learn but, even better, you will also get specific, actionable feedback to help you create the plan thats best for your context.

Module 1: Developing a ministry plan.
Participants will build and document a ministry plan built on conviction and proven practices. This plan will be used to cast vision and infuse energy into their ministry.
Module 2: Leadership development.
Leaders are the foundation of any small group ministry and the second module of the cohort will focus on identifying developing these leaders.
Module 3: Executing Ministry Plan.
A plan is only as good as its execution. The last section of the cohort will focus on tools to better execute with 1:1 coaching tailored to your context.
