Meet The Team
Doug Schmidt
Partner
Doug holds BA, MBE, and EdD degrees. After serving as a seminary professor and Dean of Students for seven years, he pastored Ross Bible Church of Port Huron for five years before becoming the senior pastor of Woodside Bible Church in 1991.
Brad House
Managing Partner
Brad is the senior executive pastor of strategy and integration at Woodside Bible Church in Troy, Michigan. He is the author of Community: Taking Your Small Group Off Life Support (Crossway, 2011) and, with Greg Allison, MultiChurch: Exploring the Future of Multisite (Zondervan, 2017).
Greg Gibbs
Giving & Capital Campaigns
Greg Gibbs is a pastor, author, and consultant and has been connected with the church for an over 30-year career. He is the author of Capital Campaign Playbook: A Church Consultants Gameplan and Creating a Culture of Generosity: A Field Guide for Church Leaders and has successfully consulted on over 150 capital campaigns. Greg currently serves as Executive Pastor at Vintage Church LA in Santa Monica, California.
Nick Bogardus
Strategic & Crisis Communications | Adaptive Leadership
Nick brings over 20 years of leading growth in multiple industries - entertainment, B2B SaaS, and the church. He planted and pastored two churches for a decade. Most recently, as Sr. VP of Marketing & Leadership Development, Nick was responsible for leading those two functions at Subsplash as it grew from $37m-$67m in annual revenue. Nick has also held the roles of PR/Media Relations Director at Mars Hill Church in Seattle and PR/Media Relations Specialist for Belief Agency. Lastly, Nick was an adjunct teacher at Biola University and the Pastor-in-Residence for their Center for Christian Thought.
Colton Orr
Recruiter
Colton has a decade of experience successfully sourcing and placing candidates in corporate and nonprofit recruiting. He and his family are members at Woodside Bible Church in Michigan.
Kim Bogardus
Executive Coaching & Team Dynamics
Kim has a Masters-Level certification in Executive Coaching and Counseling, John Townsend Institute at Concordia University and her BA from Azusa Pacific University. She planted two churches with her husband where she developed elders' wives and deacons. Kim has spoken at events for the Gospel Coalition, Harbor Network, and other local church events. Most commonly she coaches and facilitates workshops for leaders in both the marketplace and ministry.
Gregg Allison
Multisite Strategy | Polity | Theology
Gregg is Professor of Christian Theology at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the secretary of the Evangelical Theological Society and currently serves as the book review editor for theological, historical, and philosophical studies, Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society.
Gregg is the author of 27 books including MultiChurch: Exploring the Future of Multisite (with Brad House), Embodied: Living as Whole People in a Fractured World, and Raising the Dust: "How-To" Equip Deacons to Serve the Church.
